French Press - NYTimes.com
From my experience, listening to a few and judging the many is not the best path toward understanding. Book Review - The Greater Journey - Americans in Paris - By David McCullough - NYTimes.com
I don't think anyone has yet captured the full extent of the impact each country and its people, culture, etc has had on the other. We tend to get blinded by the headlights of stars and trendy news, and fail to think about basics like why we eat corn on the cob in the US and the thought remains alien, at best, in France....or why a Subway fast food place looks the same in each country (but are the menus the same?).
